I just got off the phone with Substack. They seem convinced that I can actually make a living doing this newsletter thing.
Which is pretty darn exciting because I love writing this newsletter.
But I'm not sure if I want to put my content behind a paywall. I'd rather add more value for paying subscribers.
So, question for you all:
What do you want more of from me?
The sky's the limit. Don't hold back. All ideas are welcome.
What I can offer that would make you go "hot diggity damn this is SO worth the $10-$20 a month"?
