I run a "keyword campaign" on Google, I invest $10 a day in it (~$300 a month), and it creates a pretty steady stream of leads.
Like in your case, most of them are not a good fit, but for me it's worth the investment.
The Google ad leads to an informative landing page, which leads to my calendly to schedule a free half-hour conversation.
I used a professional to build the Google campaign, I did it once, and this campaign has been running for almost two years, with almost no intervention on my part.
