"I cannot think my way to enoughness." So very true, and yet this plague of overthinking is such a visceral struggle and cause of suffering for so many. Enoughness is an embodied presence, which takes practice to cultivate and "clear the fog." It is an invitation to a new way of being in the world. Thank you for sharing!
The place where stillness bleeds into movement, where oneness and separation dance hand in hand, where truth and lie forget what they fought about. Beautifully written :) Thanks for sharing.
This post is so deeply profound to me. I feel like I struggle with the thought of leaving no impact on this world, an invisible legacy… but also, that’s all rooted in enoughness
I was just having a conversation about legacy and enoughness today. The two are so intertwined. I’ve struggled deeply with this as well.
A question you’re welcome to explore: What is it about not leaving the legacy you want that scares you? What are you afraid of happening if you don’t leave that specific legacy?
And one reflection: We all leave a legacy, just maybe not the one we think we want.

"Enoughness is an embodied presence". Love that phrasing.
Appreciate your reflections Lisa!
Brilliant!
Working on a series called “The Other Side of Enough” examining people who have enough money… and whether that makes them feel enough.
Will definitely keep this in my notes.
Defining how much money is enough is such a fascinating subject. Would be very curious to hear how others think about this!

Enoughness is total acceptance; ironically, total acceptance leads to more just like the mindset of enoughness leads to more as a side effect.
Very true
